Feeling extremely drained

Well what a time we are having. We went to Sale as this is where my uncle lived. We drove up early Thursday morning. Thursday was the funeral, it was hard, and my sister and I did a eulogy. I've never done one before and 3months ago when my nanna passed away we did one there also, so now have done 2 in 3 months, will this sadness ever end.

Not only did we bury my uncle but my nanna's ashes also all on the one day and all in the same plot at the cemetery, so very draining and very depressing having to busy 2 most beautiful ppl. But they are together, so hopefully they're having a ball somewhere and having a few drinks together, and having a blast.

I miss them both very much, this place will miss them very much and god will me and the family miss them forever. I love u both very much, I'm glad to have known u both for 35 years.

what a shitful day!!!

Fuck, fuck, fuck. My uncle passed away about 1, 1/2 ago, a blessing for him but certainly crappy for all of us. We knew it was coming, but still doesn't make it any easier. I hate life for its cruelity, dunno if thats a word but I don't really give a shit. He is from Sale so that is where he will be buried, my mum has to pick up my nanna's ashes next tuesday, so we will have 2 to bury next week, think we're going to do an over nighter up in sale.

Sal, it was my uncle Max or uncle mackie as we use to call him. He was the lovliest man. He gave me for my 21st birthday a pair of 9ct gold loop earings and u know I still wear them to this day.

I love u uncle...RIP...Hope all the pain and suffering has gone, may u and nanna look after one another xxoo

Life absolutely sux!!!

My dear gorgeous uncle is dying and there is nothing anybody can do about it, and I hate the fact that there are all these shit heads in out jails and on our streets breathing perfectly good air and don't deserve to live. Here is my happy go lucky uncle just waiting to die. He has been in Austin Hospital and today he was moved into palative care, this is where patients go to be kept comfortable but will die. Last friday they took him off all his medication, so now we're just waiting to hear the bad news. He would be frigging mad if he knew what state he was in, he would probably just get a shot gun and take his own life. He just wants to go home but don't think he realises he will never go home again.

He had cancer, so had to take his voice box out so he can't talk, so he was writing everything down, but now he's lost that, we think he's had a lack of oxygen to the brain and that's affected him also. I went and saw him today and he said to me he wants to go home, I red his lips, but he was all over the place, I said to the nurse he needs something, maybe for the pain and some form of sedation, so he can rest as he gets very agitated.

This is why life sucks, and not only that just gone 3months since I lost my nanna, the most beautiful person in the world, so 2 beautiful people in my life taken from us and in a very short space of time, so I hate life at the moment. Why is life so cruel, my uncle is only 69 years young and my gorgeous nanna was 87 but extrememly young at heart.

Nanna I miss you so much, life will never be the same without you. I love you. RIP...

Jackson's very sick

Hi I'm back, it feels like forever since I've been on here. Can't get motivated as my beautiful nanna of 87 passed away on the 4th August. I don't understand how a gorgeous person can be taken away when there are so many low life and dead beats walking our streets and in jail and breathing this air, life sux. Nanna I love u and miss u so much, just wish it was all a dream and I'd wake up and there would be your beautiful smiling face once again.

More bad news. Jackson woke up yesterday not feeling very well. I thought he had a cold, so I left for work, and later when I got home Al said Jackson had been throwing up. He's had a temperature that I just can't get rid of, even panadol isn't working nor neurofen. He layed on the couch for most of the day, and when he woke at about 7am this morning was as bright as a button, but didn't last long he crashed and was laying on the couch again barely able to keep his eyes open. So 8.30 this morning gave him another dose of panadol, then realising he wan't getting better and had a rash all on his body I rung Nurse on Call, they asked me a million questions which i answered, after about 15mins on the phone she suggested to see a doctor within the next 24hrs, and it sounded contagious and to keep Jackson away from kids. So she gave me a few doctors open on a sunday and went to the one up here. He diagnosed Jackson to have fourth disease. The dr gave me som info, this is what it reads: This common problem can be caused by a number of viruses, especially those affecting the bowel. The rash is so much like rubella that it is often misdiagnosed as rubella. However, unlike rubella, it is not concentrated on the face and neck. It mainly occurs on the trunk (body), is usually not itch and often fades after 2 days. It tends to occur in pre school children.

Well I've never seen Jackson this sick, and it says not on face or neck its everywhere. The dr said its highly contagious, and I tolk him I have a 14month old daughter what do I do, he said Jackson needs to be isolated, send him to his grandparents and I said there away well then he said try to keep them far apart,hello how do u do that. Can anyone give me any other info regarding this please. So now we can't go anywhere not to kinder or anywhere where there may be kids.

I'm all worked out

I have worked quite a bit this week. I worked wednesday arvo, thursday arvo and all day saturday. Will be doing this for the next couple of weeks, will be good for the money, pay off some debts.

Haven't done much else really going to take kids to swimming tomorrow,that shall be fun, think we're going to go and look for a new couch not that we are close to buying one, but can look to see what is around and where u can get the best price. I saw soemthing I really liked at a gr8 price, but again won't get it until we pay of the debts, but no harm in window shopping.

Hope ur all well out there hope to catch up soon, also Sal can't get into ur blog, it keeps telling me have to abort and then I have to press ok. As I haven't posted for a few days thought I'd catch up on whats happening in ur life.

Testing, testing, 123

not much happening today

Not much happened today. Dropped Jackson off at kinder, he said I'll miss u mum. My god brings a tear to the eye, he never knows how much I miss him.

After dropping Jackson off, I go the the shops have to get a few things for dinner as we we're are having taco's for dinner. Jackson nearly at 2 large taco's, then ate a mandarin, then 2 chocolate frogs very hungry and growing boy.

Paige and I just hung out today and we had a girly day,nothing exciting, just playing and chasing her. Just before a bath I strip her and let her have a run around in the nude, she loves it, and i chase her saying I'm going to get ur bum and she squeals and laughs its so cute, I love it and so does she, then I go and chase her to the bathroom and put her in the bath, the rest is history.

I had a shower with Jackson he alternates between a shower and a bath whichever he wants, and I love it, when he chooses me. Last night it was Al or other times he has a bath with Paige.

Off to work tomorrow so there won't be a blog posted maybe friday night!!

Mondayitis

Not much happening today, just lots of washing as didn't do it over the weekend. I hate this weather and I hate clothes horses, glad I have a cloths dryer for other stuff.

Kids drove me crazy form 4.30 which is normal, around dinner time. Al rung to say he was going to be late and from then Paige cried until dinner was ready which took 30mins and I can tell u when u have a 1 year old crying at ur feet it actually felt like 30hrs lol, but all was good and she couldn't eat fast enough,how dare I move to organise everybody elses dinner. then did dishes, Al got home we ate then put Paige in the bath then Jackson joined in, its actually been a hectic night love this time where I don't really have to think and can relax.

Hope tomorrow will be easier, there is no washing so that is a start, but will do a bit of housework but apart from that, who knows will find somehting to do.

sunday

This morning, we slept in a little, but got up had brekky and Al loaded the trailer, to return the cot. Then we took the kids to their swimming lessons. They love it. Jackson always putting his head under the water, just like his aunty she liked putting her head under the water, me I prefer it above water. Paige she is a little angel just loves being in the water. But I hate when she gets out she screams until she is dressed. Its hard to dress a child under pressure, lol

I came home just before Al as I had Paige and she was tired, so put her to bed, then Al got home attached the trailer to the car and off the boys went. They took about an hour so that is all good.

I was going to nick up to the shops to grab some eggs, we all went and did a big shop so over $100 later we came home unpacked and organised dinner. Tonight it was just left overs from the last couple of nights. I like it when the fridge is cleaned out. I had some of my mums home made vege soup, yum it just wasn't filling but all good.

Sal if ur bored at some stage, u can change my blog, I'm not bored with it thought u may want something to do. Hope things with Dan are going ok, better than last week I hope.

work, work and more work

Today I started work at 9, but before that had lots of cuddles in bed with Jackson. i love being in bed with the kids although Paige once she's up thats it no more laying down for her lol.

I went to work at 9 and it was flat out, I prefer days like that no time to think at all, but just to keep going. Left at about 1.15pm then went to dingley and did a couple of my old clients I did in another salon. I got home at about 3.40 and everyone else was out at my cousins house. Was going to go there but Al wasn't far off leaving so he said just to go straight home. I thought as I got home, wow 10mins to myself whatever shall I do. Then I remembered I was meant to get milk on the way home, bugger had to leave and get that, when I got home they were all back at home.

Al took the kids to Tan and Kingas house to pick up the cot that they don't use anymore as we need one as the one I have the person wants back, so thats all good, easy solved. So we set it all up and my lovely Princess Paige is a sleeping beauty at the moment.

I love my kids so much, they are my life as u have gathered as I don't think I've ever written a blog without mentioning either of them. Tomorrow they are both off to swimming lessons.

running around day

I dropped Jackson of at kinder this morning and tried to pay his fees, but I kept getting declined I knew I had money in the account so I rung my bank and they said their systems were down. Thank god.

Al's cousin had a baby on the week end so went and bought her a present this morning. After I did that went into the cheap shop and was looking at something and low and behold I found what I've been looking for for ages. It was a plastic container but it had holes at the bottom of it. I want it for the bath toys,yipee so now there isn't a mess of toys, they are neatly in the bathroom. Jackson was so excited he could see all his toys now and so was I. I also bought us a new toothbrush holder, was desperate but had to be one I liked, was after a particular one.

So went to the hospital to see Emma and bubs but they were gone the hospital had released them so bummer I rung Al at work to see if they had a phone number of address, he didn't but he got on net and looked up white pages and told me how to get there, so I went there and no one was home, shit where are they, so left a note and went back home. And now still no one has rung.

Just a reminder Sal, Targets toy sale starts tomorrow, just thought I'd let u know so u could start getting organised. They have lots of different things to Kmart and Big W.

multi tasking

Had a busy morning this morning, after doing the brekky, I dressed Paige and then started doing the dinner. Nearly finished that when I smelt Paige she'd done a very smelly poo. Decided to change her as any good mother would do, but when I took her pants off there was poo everywhere , gosh I hate that. It was either use a box of wipes or wipe her down, quickly and throw her in the bath. Put her in the bath, put washing on, did ironing and then remembered shit I was in the middle of doing dinner, so did that then got my beautiful smelling princess out of the bath, gave her a bottle, then cleaned the stove, put draino down the sink then scrubbed the shit out of it so it sparkled. Then decided to vacuum. Knew because I did nothing yesterday I'd have more to do today. So most of what I did was done by 9.15, what a marathon. I was lucky tho this wasn't wednesday morning, as Jackson would never have got to kinder on time. Would just of rung them said he'll be running late.

Got to go to the shops tomorrow buy a present, as Al's cousin and his wife had their baby on Sunday. I told Emma that I thought she was having a girl as that is what I dreamt, and she said she had a dream the same night and dreamt she was having a girl also. Wrong a little boy. 8pd 7oz, so a good size and the name is Henry James Collins. Like the name apart from Henry. Way too old fashioned for me, James I like, but its a name that suits them. If they'd have had a girl she was going to be Grace, which is pretty, but shows they like old names. Was going to buy them a hooded bath towel in blue and a cute little teddy bear, that has a little blue jumper on it which reads Baby Boy. Jackson has one and loves him no one is to touch him and he sleeps with him every night.

Hope it doesn't rain tomorrow as we are going out. We haven't been out the last couple of days sue to this weather, although I love being home where its warm and pouring with rain outside.

So glad Terri won big brother, good on you!!

Not much happened today, didn't do any house work. oh sorry yes I did a little bit ofdusting. But apart from that I did nothing so I'll have to do more tomorrow never mind.

Paige's first for swimming & haircut

Today Paige had her very first swimming lesson, and she loved it. Wasn't quite sure how she'd go, but she was wonderful. Smiling her pretty smile. Al goes in with her of course to hold her.

Jackson has his lesson after her and he is awesome in the water, loves putting his head under the water, when u get a lot of kids that hate getting their heads wet.

Also today gave Al, Jackson and Paige haircuts, it was Paige's first as well. Did Jackson first. Just put a dvd on of brum and he just sits there watches that and I cut away, then I did Paige, actually cut her a fringe, and took a little bit off the ends at the back. It was a bit uneven but you'd expect that as she is 13months old so it is neater and all straight now. Then did Al's hair he just has a number 2 all over but the hardest bit is trying to keep Paige out of it, she tried several times, but there was no way she was getting in all the hair. So then I vacuumed again and then the 3 of them jumped under the shower. I never give them a bath after a haircut, imagine bathing in floating hair...yuk...its so gross.

Couldn't be bothered cooking so we just had grilled cheese on toast, yummy for a change.

kids and I feel crappy

Today I've woken up feeling crappy, and still feel no better. I hate feeling like this and still looking after kids. I actually feel like laying down and going to sleep, which is what I'll do when I'm finshed here.

Saw that kmart has a manchester sale on so rung Al and told him to get there after work and buy a new electric blanket, I can't stand it any longer going to bed and its freezing cold.

The kids both had a sleep today, I should've had a sleep but thought if I lay down and fall asleep and Jackson woke up he may feel distressed if he called me and I didn't come.

Al and Jackson went grocery shopping this arvo. They do it together I actually hate it with a passion so will hand ball that job anytime.

easier day today

Took Jackson to kinder this morning, gave them all new details and the same old things also. But they wanted an update on ppl that can pick Jackson up when I'm not available. Hello the only time I won't be available is when I'm dead...lol

We went, that is Paige and I to pay another bill, one I forgot to do yesterday, bought myself a new address book and wrote in it also today. Nice to have a new one and one I can read. And I still got all the housework done.

I'm working more hours in a couple of weeks as Tanya is away for her brothers wedding so she needed us part timers if we could to do more hours, so instead of doing 10hrs a week, it will be about 20-22hrs, dunno where I'm going to fit in household chores, never mind it will be there needless to say when I'm finished. Al will do most of it, all I'm fastidious about cleaning, if its not done properly don't bother doing it

We had Jacksons fave for dinner tonight...taco's he jsut loves them. I also need to give him something filling as I don't think he eats much at kinder. So tonight he had 2 jumbo taco's that is heaps for him..trust me he barely eats 2 small ones let alone the jumbo ones, and its a meal that he can use his hands and can make a mess, and it is a gr8 mess and I love watching him eat them. Gosh kids are the best things invented...I think anyway, not all mothers would agree.

I got a bit bored today as Paige had a massive sleep...I mean 3 hrs I didn't know what to do with myself, she usually only has 1 1/2 hrs, but she woke up nice and bright, I guess I would've too if I had a nap, now thinking that is what I should've done.

Another day tomorrow working, I start at 3pm and finish at 9pm, nice to do the hours especially when I keep saying paying off the hot water service. After the visa is finished, might start saving for a holiday, yipee sounds good, tho it feels we just get on top of things and then something else goes wrong, never mind the next thing is Al's parents are coming to stay for a week in September, I never look forward to them staying, feel like a prisoner in my own home. I hate it but hey that is life. I would probably have a better relationship with them if they lived in Melb and knew them better, I mean a relationship like Al has with my parents, they all get along like a house on fire...if only.

Well that is my whinge I'm now outa here.

long long morning

Today we went to the post office to pay some money off the credit card, can't wait until it is finished with, god dam hot water service. Then off to the shoe shop, as bought Jackson a pair of runner 8 weeks ago, the laces were cactus, so was inquiring and found out they don't sell shoe laces, but actually had a rainbow pair under her desk, so that will do grabbed those and Jackson just loves them.

Paige had her usual sleep today, and woke up happy which is nice as sometimes she wakes up grumpy. Then later on Jackson fell asleep in the back lounge room so put a blanket on him and went to the front room and played with Paige, just to give Jackson a good sleep as he has been looking very tired today, so he slept for an hour and a half.

Was a very long morning I looked at the clock and it said 12noon felt more like 3pm, so made for a long afternoon, always glad when Al gets home from work.

Both kids have a cold again, bugger so will wait and see as to how Jackson is tomorrow morning as to whether he will go to kinder...time will tell.

took kids to park

Today decided because it was a really nice day, I took the kids to the park. Jackson rode his bike and I pushed Paige in the pram, we were gone for an hour and a half, the kids had a ball, and that is the main thing. I enjoyed the walk. Came back and gave Paige a bottle and put her to bed.

Didn't do much after that, threw kids outside as it was an awesome day, did dinner and Al cooked a bbq, yum been a while since we had one of those.

movie day...

Today we thought we'd go to the park and get fish and chips for lunch, but it started raining late morning, so there goes the park, it'll be all wet. So I decided to take Jackson to the movies instead, we went and saw Kung Fu Panda, its very cute, think Jackson thought it went to long. i bought popcorn, mm's and coke.

Then we came home, was going to take him to the park, but didn't, got Al to take him as it was nice for the boys to spend some time together, and so Paige and I spent some time together.

So we had fish and chips for dinner. Now kids in bed and it is peaceful.

worked today

Today I started work at 9am, got there and it was a hectic day, I love it when its hectic lol, time flies and its really easy compared to being at home full time, and it is a bit of time out even if I am working another job lol.

After I finished work, I dropped into mum and dad's next door neighbour and cut the mans hair, and he had a mate over and he decided he wanted his hair cut so that was good a bit extra money. From there I had another client, so I went to her house she was having a cut, colour and blow wave, so again more money, can't get enough at the moment with trying to pay off the bloody hot water service which is lingering on the credit card. I hate bills they never seem to end.

So then from there I came home. I waited half hour and had dinner. Al had cooked a roast lamb yum my very fave. He did the dishes while I bathed the kids.

Another day another dollar........spent lol

Paige's 1st pair of shoes

Well it was pouring rain here most of the day. Packed up and went to mum and dads. When Paige went to sleep I packed Jackson and I up and went to Al at work. Jackson hadn't been there for a very long time. Its because his lunch break is when Paige is sleeping. But he loved it, he ran around everywhere and of course the staff there are always giving him things. Today he got a ball, pack of mm's and a piece of cake. They love him there, but wanted to know where Paige was, said sleeping lol. Then went back to mum and dads, Paige woke up gave her lunch then packed up because we were meeting Al at home, so had to unpack and repack bags as we were going to get Paige fitted for her very first pair of shoes. She looks so cute, told the lady I wanted a very pretty pair. We tried a few pairs on before I picked the pair I liked. Got Al to get his credit card out, he thought I had purchased 2 pairs for the price he was signing for. $70 for a pair of shoes, he was gob smacked. They are Clarke's brand the best I think Jackson got the same but now I buy Bata shoes for him and Paige will be the same. As Bata have a factory direct around the corner from us, so that is where I'll go.

We then came home gave Paige something to eat while Al wrote down a shopping list, we went and did the grocery shopping came back unpacked, Al started cooking our dinner and gave Paige her, now I'm sitting here with a glass of wine and my head nearly hitting the keyboard, so very tired, so will retire.

kinder day

Well it was just Paige and I today. Jackson went to kinder. He just loves it. So after dropping Jackson off came back home and gave Paige her bottle and off to the nappy shop, to stock up on lots of baby stuff, nappies, wipes etc etc. Paige fell asleep or tried to in the car on the way home, she was warm and toasty so had to keep waking her up. Didn't keep her awake so put down the windows still didn't keep her awake so put on a kids dvd loud that kept her awake. Too hard to get her out of the car asleep.

We just played for the rest of the arvo. Had to strip her bed after her sleep as she was wet. I hate nappies some good some are just crap, but not much happening can't do too much in this stupid cold weather.

Well thats it won't be posting tomorrow night as I'm working, I'll post friday I think at this stage.

mentally exhausted today

I'm so buggered think its more mentally exhausted. Kids are driving me nuts. Paige isn't happy at the mo, but Al just checked b4 he thinks there is another tooth coming thru. I should've realised as when she is this grumpy its usually a sign of a tooth.

Was going to take kids to park this arvo but of course its wet and the play equipment would be also. So I decided to get out Jacksons craft stuff, glue scissors paper, pipe cleaners etc etc etc he had a ball cutting things and gluing them. He is really good with scissors didn't realise. They must've taught him at kinder, because the last time I saw him use child proof scissors I will add he used two hands put the clever little man can do it no probs.

What is is with men. You ask one simple question which requires a yes or no answer and I get a stupid reply which pissed me off, so I grumbled and walked off, then he cracks the shits and them mumbles something later, so I said to him all u needed to do was say yes or no not crap on. So as always I get the final word, but didn't resolve anything.

So now I'm sitting eating a double dip yogurt which is vanilla yogurt with muesli. Its my fave one, considering I don't like yogurt, but its the best.

Sal what ever did windy do to piss u off. Hasn't he got his own place, tell him to f**k off and go to his own nest and piss the walls off not u guys. Didn't u use to like him?

Boring Day

Not much happened today did a couple of loads of washing. Put one load on the line the other in the dryer, but it started raining, I hate that when I've just hung it out. So it then went into the dryer

Just looking after the kids, but they drove me up the wall especially this arvo, just with whinging and whining, was glad when Al got home, even burnt a bit of dinner, never mind had a few things going on at the same time, multi tasking went out the window. Won't die with dinner being over cooked.

Big brother is on, that show is dumb. Can't wait for it to be over, then Australian Idol will be on. Wish something different would come on tv instead of the same shit year after year.

started xmas shopping at kmart for the kids

Had a bit of a busy day today. We went to Kmart and started our xmas shopping as this is when kmart and big w have toy sales and layby for xmas. Myer has one on also and Targets starts 24th July, so Sal here is ur reminder, which I told u I would remind u so here it is...start shopping.

Came back gave Paige a bottle and put her to bed. She normally sleep up to 2 hours, but because we wanted to go out again she slept for 2hrs and 40mins, but in the meantime Al, Jackosn and I were out in the backyard kicking the footy, then inside playing the nintendo. When Paige woke up we packed Jacksons bike in the car and went to Braeside Park he rode around and also played on the big play equipment, then mum and dad came down watched for a while then we went to Keysborough hotel and had dinner. So the kids then played on the indoor playground so that is good keeps them occupied.

We then came home gave kids showers and put them to bed, and both out like a light. Must've been all the fresh air and running around. So a busy and eventful day, we had a ball.

Good evening. Not much has happened today, just ran around like a blue arsed fly this morning as Al left for work at 6.15am, I'm no where near ready so I do everything in stages. Males have it so easy, get up have a shower and out the door they go. Not fair.

I walked out the door at 8.35am, mum and dad were minding the kids so I didn't leave them alone. Was busy. Then finished at 1 came home hung out some washing mum had done, then Al got home and we took the kids to the park, we stayed there for about an hour, then the boys went and weeded the vege patch while I bought washing in and pushed Paige on the swing.

Had fish and chips for dinner well I didn't I had noodles. Then I bathed Paige and the boys had a shower. Now just on here and Al is watching tv and the little cherubs are in bed. I'm so tired could fall asleep on the computer, oh and I must say it was so nice to yet again have another hot shower. mmmmmmmmmmmmm what bliss!!

bloody hot water service

Hi there. I'm pissed off as today we got a new hot water system put in. Had a different guy thank god, surely in 2 weeks he could've been able to see it but never mind got different guy. So what they charged me 2 weeks ago they took off todays bill, good it was around $1300 bloody hell, may need to go out and prostitute myself to pay it off. It was nice tho to have a hot shower, considering I had a cold one yesterday morning and didn't have one at all this morning...yuk

Jackson went to helath nurse today for his 3 1/2 year check up. She said he is gr8 at everything especially his speach, he is clear as, well I knew that, a lot of ppl comment on may be due to me being a bit of a chatterbox...really not a bad thing

Am working tomorrow, don't think I can be bothered. The money will now be good, as have to pay a very big credit card bill off, gosh I hate when everything goes at the one time

Not much else happening, Al is working also tomorrow so mum and dad are coming over tomorrow morning will pick the kids up, so have set dvd player up for Jackson as dad has to go to football time keeping so that will keep my little man occupied watching Shark Tale and my little princess well no doubt she'll watch the dvd also but will probably have a snooze. Then I'll come home and start my daily duties, washing and all that crap, it just goes on.

I made it back, but nothing much happened Paige and I just hung out, gee she is such a funny and cute little girl, we just had so much fun today, rolling her on the floor and tickling her she just laughed most of the day its awesome. And now she is walking everywhere, she looks way too small to be walking, but extremely cute.

I went and picked Jackson up from kinder at about 5pm, but I cooked his dinner b4 I went left it on the bench to cool. They were reading a book when I arrived as I saw Jackson thru the window and the minute he saw me he jumped up went to the window and I could see he was crying, I'm sure they are tears of hapiness, as he does it every week. I walk in to his room and there he is waiting with his backpack on his back ready to go. I give him a big cuddle and smooch and we both tell each other that we missed each other, its just so gorgeous, then he goes and says goodbye to everyone and then we leave. I usually leave a surprise for him and this time it was a chocolate frog, he ate it, then the minute he walks in the door he wants dinner, lucky us mums think ahead lol

Then after all that its the usual, bathtime, I like it I run around like a headless chook cleaning up etc, then Al gets home and he feeds Paige and I play with Jackson in his bedroom, he draws on the white board and me on the black board, my kids are so awesome, I just love them to bits.

Hi just a quick message as Jackson is at kinder and Paige is asleep and done most of the chores even got all the marks off the carpet, bought this stuff from drytron its the best gets them all out for me, I leave it a while until there are a few to do, just in one spot was absolutely disgusting, but all done now and Al had better notice,lol

The footy last night was awesome, it was the E J Witton where vics play the all stars. It was so funny. And it was nice just the 2 of to go but I so miss the kids was thinking of them all the time. I went 2 years ago with my dad, I thought he would've loved to go with Al but he didn't and that is fair enough plus I think mum and dad thought we needed a night off, so it all worked in really well.

Jackson for his surprise after kinder today, he wants 2 chocolate frogs, so they are in his car seat ready for him for when I pick him up. Kellie there Jacksons fave teacher, had some very naughty kids there today and she asked me if I wanted to take some of them home, I laughed at her and said I'll take my good boy thanks and she laughed at me as she said Jackson is gr8 she wished every child was like him, it would make her life a lot easier, so that makes me feel good about myself, who said I didn't discipline kids lol....I wonder.

I also have to go to nappy shop and buy some bits and pieces, I don't buy nappies there as they are way too expensive can alsways get some when they are on special somewhere they always are at some shop.

Good evening

Well I was glad Al finally got home, he left here ar 9.15am which is late instead of 7am. He didn't get home until just before 7pm, I hate doing dinner and baths by myself. At least when Al is here he can dry one while I bath the other one, never mind that is happening most of this week.

Looking forward to tomorrow night, got the old timers footy match at telstra dome, mum and dad gave us the tickets...hence I won't be posting. I was really hoping dad would go with Al, but he doesn't feel up to it, so I'm going, which will be fun.

Didn't really do much this morning, slept in and did some washing and ironing you know the drill, and playing with the kids. Jackson did painting when Paige had her sleep, he loves doing that but don't let him do it too often otherwise he'll get sick of it, and let it be a novelty.

Will post on wednesday hopefully unless something comes up

Today Had a little sleep in...I mean only little lol. Mum came over as it was Al's turn to take Jackon swimming, we take it in turns. So I had just the morning with Paige, which is nice but she wants her dad on the weekends, which I understand.

The boys then came home and we sat down had lunch and watched the tv until Paige woke up, then she had lunch and we went to a park near by but one we hadn't been to b4, it was nice until it started to rain, bugger so pack up kids and we decided to go to a play centre one we haven't been to since Jackson was a baby, so they both had a ball we stayed there for about 2 hours then came home as we were having a roast for dinner, so while Al was doing that I bathed the kids, so we didn't have much to do but sit down and play with the kids until it was bed time, which was a bit earlier tonight, but the kids needed it especially as Jackson was running around at the play centre, and Paige was up for an hour and a half during the night.

Also I went to bed last night and as I was laying there there was a funny smell a sort of burning smell, so I got out of bed and pulled all the bedding back and the electric blanket was burning it had burnt thru the plastic, so Al disconnected it and said its fine now, I told him to rip it off, I might get electocuted lol he thought I was exagerating a bit lol

Never mind all that, Sal I love the blog, don't change it yet its nice, even if its black the butterflies stand out and I like how you've make me this Ness xx its gr8, thanks again

80's day at work a disaster

Hi today was suppose to be 80's theme at work, so I crimped my hair, I looked weird, but got to work and they had changed the theme and hadn't told me, bugger. I was a bit pissed but got my client to wait while I had it straigtened, u could still see it a bit, so had it washed and straightened a bit later on.

Went and bought a card as we were going to a party at about 2 this arvo, already had the present, then went home. Had lunch, wrote on the card and waited for Paige to wake up. When she did we gave her lunch then on our way we were. There were ppl there that hadn't seen the kids for 12months, they said they had grown and some didn't recognise Paige, but they said they're gorgeous and Jackson is so placid and not rough at all. Their right with there assumption though.

Left at about 6pm, Al took Jackson to get his dinner, popcorn chicken from KFC while I went in and put Paige in the bath. We also bought 2 dvd players for the car, one each for the kids, and Jackson watched his its gr8 very quiet as usually he's a chatterbox lol

Now I'm on here and Al as per usual is watching tv dunno what, I'm so buggered could actually fall asleep while typing this , so it will be bed time soon. Funny how u think back to 10-15years ago, on a saturday night there would be no way we'd be sleeping, I'd be thinking about hair styles and clothes and where to go out partying or which nightclub to attend, lomg gone are those days.

Paige and the bath

What is it with Paige. I use the best nappies, Huggies and she leaks thru them, shit, so she is wet in the morning. So again I throw her in the bath, while in there she has a poo which is a common thing with her. So I take her out, and run the shower and pop her in while I'm holding her, but I'm not in the shower if u get the picture. Then dry her and dress her. Meanwhile, she is screaming as she hasn't had brekky, so organising that while trying to get rid of the poo in the bath, needless to say, I have to sterilise the bath and the toys. I let them soak in disinfectant, while I feed her brekky.

Haven't done much today 2 loads of washing and vacuuming, it never ends. Al got home from work had kids organised so we went to butcher and did shopping, then we get home its dinner time the phone is ringing I just ignore it too much is happening and its after 5, too hard time to be talking on phone.

Bath time for the kids, Al puts Paige in we organise Jackson and as we get in the bathroom, Paige yes again has done another poo in the bath, so Al strips down and we throw the kids in with him. Now there in bed and we can put our feet up, I love this time of the day.

Tomorrow I work, and we have a different theme each Saturday, 2moro its a 80's theme, gr8 do I really have to re live those days lol, so I went and hunted my crimpers...yes I still have them, I can't believe it dunno if they still work tho, time will tell.

Also, Sal I can't view ur blog it won't let me, says I need an invite, I just don't get this thing at times....sorry!!!

my easy day wednesday...not

What a busy start to the morning. Jackson woke up as normal, and was laying in our bed watching tv eating his toast. Then Paige woke up, which is normal also and I bought her into the lounge and Jackson came to give her a kiss and he said Paige smells what is it. So I took her sleeping bag off and she was wringing wet with wee, her nappy was full, bugger I thought, I don't have time for this. So I went and ran a bath for her, put her in and ran to Jackson to get him dressed for kinder, that was done, went and washed Paige got her out and dressed her. Then gave her brekky, then half hour later she had her bottle and I flew out the door.

Took Jackson to kinder, then was on my way to doctors as Paige had to have her 12month injections. Yes she screamed, as he put 2 needles in 1 leg and 1 needle in the other. He wanted to put them in her arm, I said no way not enough fat there put them in her leg. So leg it was lol. He then gave her a white jelly bean her first ever, and she scoffed it down, needles what needles I'm sure is what she'd say if she knew what they were.

While I was in Dingley, I decided to go see mum and dad. Dad was awake and mum at 10am was still in bed...asleep... half her luck. Felt like I'd done a days work and it was only 10am. Stayed there for about 15mins then decided to go home, knowing she was due for a sleep, but kept her awake, but had trouble settling her when I got home, she eventually went to sleep at 12.15, so she gave me 2hours. In that time I did some housework and organised dinner, the usual crap.

Al picked up Jackson for me as that was what Jackson requested. I always give him a surprise after kinder, his choice, today he chose a lolly pop. The boys walked in the door and dinner was served and waiting for them...spagetti bolognaise, hadn't had it in about 6 weeks. Yum

Men

Men...who wants them. Not me. In my next life I'm coming back as a leso. Al tried to tell me that he does all the disciplining for the kids...hello, he sees them all of about 1-2 hours a day, who does he think looks after them for the rest. So now I've decided, I'm going to enquire how much I'll earn if I go back to work full time, and he can stay at home and then see who really did all the disciplining...some men need an eye opener.

My poor little princess off to the doctors tomorrow to have her needles, and my little prince is of to kinder, he so loves it, and i'm glad.

I'm sitting here stuffing my face with smiths chicken chips, I'm still so pissed off from the comment that was made at the dinner table, I'll show him. I keep telling the kids to stay single, and don't get attached to anyone, no one will love u as much as me. Its so true, don't really want to work full time would rather be with my kids, but just to rub it in his face.

Thats it for me and my whinging, I think, still shitty tho.

shopping

Not much happened today, just been doing things around the house and playing with the kids. Played the computer with Jackson while Paige slept, he loves snakes and ladders. He gets a bit over it 1/2 way thru and I'm left playing. But god help me if I exit out of the game.

Just come back from K Mart, had to buy a b'day present for saturday, got a really nice top on sale for $6 so what a bargain and I ended up buying Jackson a jumper also. Was looking for a particular top for Paige but couldn't find it, bugger had what I wanted in pink but of course I wanted white. Just bought Jackson a size 4 jumper, its hard to buy and trying to visualise them in a top. The size 3 looked small, but he isn't a big boy very fine he is lucky thing lol. I think the size 4 sleeves will be too big, never mind can roll them up a little.

Bought to have a hot chocolate as kids in bed and Al is watching South Park, its such a stupid show, dunno how he can watch it, each to their own, I guess.

Poor Paige got her booked in at 9.45am on Wednesday for her 12month needles. I'll do it after I've dropped Jackson off at kinder. I hate going and doing the needles, I cry along with them, but I guess at this age they don't realise what is happening, where as when Jackson is 4 he is due to have needles, I'm sure its going to be hard as he'll realise what is happening, but must remind myself its for their own good.

Sorry didn't sign in on saturday night, I had a miagraine and just couldn't get rid of it, its still slightly lingering but thats better.

Well today, I took Jackson to swimming, he is getting really good at treading water, and he only seems to do it when I take him, he won't do it for Allen, shows that us mums are the special ones to out children. Then we came home, for a bit until Paige woke up, gave her lunch, then we went to a play centre in Hallam, haven't been there before it was gr8, shall be going there again. Then we went and did grocery shopping, unpacked and then had take away for dinner.

The kids are in bed, Al watching tv and I'm on here, wish the weekend would go slower, doesn't seem to be enough hours on a weekend. I'm sure if I was in politics, I'd change the system, have us working saturday and sunday and have monday-friday off, wouldn't that be great and still get the paid the same.

Sal I hope everything is ok, I've noticed like me you haven't been on ur blog, let me know if everything is ok please.

Nothing much today. Went to mum and dad this morning, and while Paige was sleeping and Jackson watching ABC2 I went to Kmart as they have a sale on at the mo and bought some Crayola white board markers, and 2 hot wheel cars for him, and for Paige when she goes into a bed I bought her a gorgeous doona cover and sheet set, so that is now put away.

Left mum and dads at about 3 and got home, I hate all the bags and shit I have to bring in. Al usually finishes at 2.30 on a friday, but he was told to work til 4 then he rings me at 2 to say he's working til 6. I usually love fridays as my load is lightened but not today, never mind.

Don't worry bout the scrag next door, I tell Al if he has an affair it will keep him off my back, and he'll never see the kids again, so I say its ur choice, take ur pick. Lol ur much better than her and always will be just remember that, I'm always here, ur the best. Love ya!!

hair cuts

Had a busy day, did 2 loads of washing and looked after the kids, thats it for the house. lol Started work today at 3, but had no one in for a while so had my hair cut and striaghtened but instead of the ends going down got them kicked out, my hair was so desperate, been months since it's been cut, even Al said to me the other night ur hair is the longest its been in a very long time. I hated it that long, so now its just above the shoulders, so hopefully it can be tied back, but I'm thinking not, never mind, I needed a change, look like my myself and not a typical looking mum. I'm always in trackies and a t shirt.

Watching footy show, Brendan Fervola is on, god I can't stand him, sorry Sal I know he's one of ur boys, but he is dirty and scruffy looking, but just noticed he's had a hair cut about time idiot.

Well thats it must put thru Al's footy tips, will let know bout my day tomorrow if I get a chance.

I'm back again

Not much happened this arvo, didn't go out and get shampoo/conditioner, just couldn't be bothered. Oh yes I vacuumed today and chatted to mum and a friend of the family Kris.

Paige slept for an hour and I went and picked up Jackson from kinder this arvo, at about 4.45pm and he was so glad to see me, he ran up hugged me and said he missed me. I asked his teacher how he is going and she said he is perfect wish all the kids were like him, it would make my job a lot easier, I was glad to hear that, as he is very easy kid to look after and entertain.

So came home and organised dinner for the kids. I like to organise it early as after a day at kinder/creish he is buggered and hungry and if I don't feed him dinner he fills up on everything else, so he had dinner, then wanted some scrambled eggs. He always eats heaps after kinder.

We just finished dinner as we have our as Al's working back later hopefully just for this week, so we cook our depending what we're having after the kids go to bed. I'm on here and Al is watching Cold Case think its going to be a good one.

Anyway thats it I think. Won't be signing in tomorrow night as am working and don't get home until 9.15pm then I have dinner and chat with Al. So maybe friday night.

Not much happening this morning. Dropped my little Prince Charming off at kinder. He loves going, but hates missing one of his fave shows in the night garden its on a 9. I think its silly but he loves it and knows all the names of the characters.

I've done 2 loads of washing, and organised dinner and cleaned the bathrooms. Dunno what Paige and I are going to do today, usually we do something. Maybe I'll go to the shops and buy my fave shampoo/conditioner at the mo. Its Fudge brand and its the colour lock. Can just get it at Priceline. Got a sample in the mail of the conditioner a couple of weeks ago, smells yum and is gr8 in the hair.

Sal, I can't believe you've been in Mildura for 20years how time flies. Also love the links you set up for me, just one thing that needs to be changed or put back on is a heading or subject line, can't remember the word...yes I do a title line I think lol can u please put that back on I tried, to look around, but if I start messing with this I'll muck up the good work you have done to set this blog up for me.

What a night I had in the bathroom. Vomiting and diarrhea, yes I have gastro. Yuk, I've felt like shit today, While Paige was sleeping I had a snooze, Jackson woke me when he wanted me, but I was a good mum made sure all doors were locked and he couldn't get out, and I was in the same room as him. Yes he did wake me up by taking a run up and landing on me lol

He has been very understanding Jackson has, given me cuddles and letting me take it easy, he is an angel, and I'm glad I got him. Paige she was up extremely early this morning, like 5.10am so as u would know our routine was shot, but never the less, it all worked out and she had 2 sleeps today instead of 1.

Sal thanks heaps for all the templates u are doing for me, they are absolutely gorgeous, you must know what I like.

Kids woke around 8 this morning, they must've been tired, aren't we all all the time. So it was a rush to organise kids before the plumber came. He arrived at 8.50am glad it was early, he was here all of 55mins all fixed and only costing $245 I say only that as its better than a new system costing $1300. He gave it a service and a couple of new parts and away we go. He said 45mins and you'll have hot water. Yes he was right.

It was nice just to be able to run the bath normally instead of boiling water in pots and kettles, thats just a pain in the ....

Found out the other night that my in laws are coming to stay for a week at the end of september...great, they are such hard work. I usually have my parents come over and look after kids while I work, if anyone thinks I'm leaving them with them they have another thing coming. They are strangers to them, plus they use hot water electricity and all utilities, without much in return, so a free holiday for them and more ppl I have to cook for, and they never help with that or anything to do with the house. They just eat, sleep and shit here.

Well that is my whinge for now will have to keep u posted on that situation.

Jackson is well, which is good. Paige has diarrhea or however u spell that stupid word. The poor thing there must be a bug going around, as Jackson has had it, I have it also but only mild. Its worse when there in nappies there little bum gets burnt, so lots of cream to keep it from getting sore and red. She's still happy tho.

shit day

Woke this morning to get out of bed, Paige had thrown up in her sleep and it was dry, poor little thing, she smelt, and her bed was a mess, so it was a strip all round her bed and her. We put her in the shower but the smell was still there and she's had a bath tonight.

Our hot water system is stuffed I think, had to have a bath tonight how I hate them and washed my hair with bath water then rinsed it with fresh cold water, what a rude awakening, very fresh it was. We have a plumber coming out tomorrow between 9-11 so hopefully its just the pilot light, that will cost about $100 or if needed a new system will be about $1300 bloody hell hate things like this, but out of my control.

Going to go and pay a few bills on the net, so c ya later.

busy busy day

Today started with me getting ready for work, I was drying my hair and I noticed our bed had been stripped and I did it yesterday, I assumed Jackson was sick again and yep I was right. The poor little bugger I'm getting worried.

I was so busy at work, my first client was late, and then took ages to tell me what she wanted so there I was already running late her fault and hadn't even started her hair. I was running 1/2 half hour late, bugger I hate that. I didn't even get to catch up until I finished. Then it was off to dingley to do someones hair at there house, she had foils, tint cut and blow wave, when I finished her off to someone else in dingley, they had a cut and tint, so a little bit of money, which is good. We just finished paying off our new out door setting and so now we've just purchased 2 portable dvd players for the car for the kids one each so there won't be any fights later on as to who wants to watch what. This is one of the reasons I went back to work to actually be able to buy things we wanted, instead of eating into our savings.

Tan wants me to work another day, would be good the money, but I'm sure mum and dad have things they want to do or need to do rather than taking a day from them to look after my cherubs, don't get me wrong they love them to bits, but I didn't have kids to palm them off to.

Thats about it, Jackson has swimming tomorrow, I love going to watch him, but Al and I take it in turns because its at a time where Paige is sleeping so one of us has to stay home while the sleeping beauty sleeps.

Happy b'day to my little princess Paige on turning 1yesterday, I can't believe it. Time has flown so fast, wish it would slow down. My little angel you were such a good girl when we went out for dinner, the only thing that I wish you would hurry up and do is walk. The most steps she has taken is 19, so that is gr8.

We went to the Seaford Hotel, we haven't been there in ages, we went because they have just opened a new indoor playground, it is awesome. we seem to only go places now that have playgrounds, keeps Jackson occupied. It was a great night, until about 9pm when he came out saying he'd been sick, yes he was right, he stunk and his bed well it was a mess, so Al stripped his bed and re made it while I put him in the shower, then put him back to bed. Not long later he threw up again, so his 2 sets of flannelette sheets were soiled, so kicked Al out of bed and put him in with me, he threw up every 1-2 hours so not much sleep had by all. Then early this morning he wanted a drink then he threw up again but got me and the bed, so stripped that also. All I did this morning was wash bedding and Jackson threw up a few times today, but just put him to bed and he seemed much better, glad today is over and also that we have a clothes dryer, the washing machine and dryer were going most of the day. The machine works faster than the dryer never mind its all done.

So all in all didn't get to organise dinner as Jackson was all over me today which I don't mind love the cuddles, but he kept saying I love u mum, melts my heart.

So thats it and what I've done in the last 2 days, will call in again hopefully tomorrow and thanks again to silly sal for Paige's beautiful message, ur and angel. Xoxo

Went to hair suppliers this arvo as doing someones hair on saturday, so had to buy colours, not very exciting. She was a client of mine when I worked in Dingley, but now I do her at home.

Also went to health nurse she is very happy with my princess, she weighs 10.3kgs and she is 73.8cms in height, bit fatter and shorter than Jackson was but the health nurse is happy never the less, so I am also. She told me she is very pretty and loved the way I had done her hair, soall is good.

Now Al is comparing the 2 now, and we're arguing over the difference, never mind if he's smart he'll just agree with me to keep the peace lol Most men always give in so it pays to keep at them lol

busy morning

By 8.45 this morning I had done 3 loads of washing, ironing, cleaned the 2 bathrooms and walked out the door to get Jackson to kinder. He couldn't wait to go. I was hanging Paige's clothes up when he came and said I want to go now.

So got home from kinder and have organised dinner, I feel very efficient today and now exhausted, but having a cup of tea while Paige has her sleep. Lucky her!! Paige and I are off to the health nurse this afternoon at 3.30pm to have her 1st year check up, will be interesting to see if she is on par with Jackson. Will let u know tonight what the go is.

Today left home at 8.53 was on way to mum and dads had to do someones hair as there mum died and the funeral is tomorrow. Went to their house at about 10am, left there at 11.45.

Paid some bills went back to mum and dads, Paige was still awake so put her to sleep and had some lunch. When Paige woke gave her lunch and then headed home. So couldn't be bothered doing anything for dinner so we just had grilled cheese on toast, it was really nice for a change. A relaxing night as there were no dishes, so we could all just relax together instead of rushing around doing dishes and baths, then reading of books and then bed.

Jackson has kinder tomorrow, all the chores to do while Paige is asleep, gr8, but a much easier day when I only have one. Will let u know how I evenutate.

went shopping

A public holiday, I love them a long weekend for us. Allen and Jackson decided they would go to the park, I said 5mins before its going to rain, but was not listened to. They got to next door a sweet lady, Jackson wanted to go visit her, and her cat. He loves it there. Teresa is the lady next door, her daughter was there and her 5 year old son Tyler, so Jackosn and Tyler had a play before I saw them come back thru the backyard. In the meantime I put Paige to sleep thinking I'd have some time out, but not to be. The boys played outside under the pergola, until Al decided he'd teach Jackson some games on the nintendo, played that for a bit , had lunch then Jackson got on computer to play his painting game.

Paige slept for 2 hrs from 12 til 2, then gave her lunch, and off we went to Toys R Us. Got her her own ride on bike a pink one of course, and looked at a Dora little couch for her, shit Dora is expensive, found a $89 one there but refused to pay that, so off we went to Target who didn't have them and off to the other side of shopping centre to K Mart found them there for $45 still very expensive for a chunk of foam and cover, they will be on sale somewhere, will ring Big W and see if they have any, if not will wait until they're cheaper. We showed her a dora couch and Paige says 'Dor dor dor' its so cute and she loves her, so does Jackson. Its hard to buy for a 2nd child especially when u have everything from the first child. We can always buy the same thing but in pink, but really a waste of money. The only reason we bought another bike was Jackson still rides the other one so now there will be no arguments.

I cut Jacksons and Al's hair tonight they were so desperate. Jackson had asked a few times, everyone else knows I'll get to them, but how can u resist a gorgeous little face and one that tells me all the time that he loves me. Even during his haircut he said Mum I love u and gave me a kiss I just hugged him and said I love u 2 honey. Things like that make everything worth while.

Well I'm off to mum and dads tomorrow, thank goodness we were there yesterday and Jackson left his fave car there he was desperate as to where it was this morning luckily I remembered he took it with him, so he quickly rung mum and checked if it was there. It was!! It's funny how they talk on the phone, he say hi is my car there with the doors that open, mum says yes he goes oh good I'm going now bye. Cracks me up asks what they want, happy and then they go.

I've got a client tomorrow I'm doing her hair and her sisters, she was a client of mine when I worked in Dingley. I usually do her hair every 5 weeks and on a saturday, but her mum died last week and she wants it done for the funeral wednesday, so I've packed all the hair stuff, Jackson and Paige's stuff, feels like I'm packed for a holiday just don't have anything for myself.

I hate being out most of the day, means I can't get anything organised for dinner, so sounds like we'll have toasted sandwiched, I don't care as long as I don't have to cook, hate it with a passion. Funny how two sisters can be so different, she loves cooking and does it for a living and I hate it. I said to her a very long time ago dunno how u could cook all day, she said dunno how u can play with ppl's hair all day, guess if we were all the same, would be a very boring world.

Went to Jackson's swimming lessons, he did really well, he got a certificate for treading water, the teacher was really happy and so were we. We went to mum and dads and Jackson took certificate as he was as proud as punch.

They had a kids clothes sale on today, went and spent just under $100 just on Paige as they didn't have boys clothes in size 3, bugger never mind, maybe next time, was there about an hour.

Then went to mums again and had a roast at about 3, so early dinner and late lunch, a roast lamb, my fave.

We came home, did showers as it is quicker and easier, now the kids are in bed, so now to catch up might even take the tags of the clothes and wash them tomorrow. Speaking of tomorrow must go and buy Paige her 1st b'day pressie,how exciting can't believe she is 1 on thursday how fast has this year gone,and plus she is all better now, I feel relieved, now its only her teeth bothering her, thats ok bonjella and panadol are my best friends lol

Toys r us here we come!!!

Today I worked, was very busy and prefer that as the day goes fast. I start at 9am finish 1 pm so only 4 hours. Rushed home as had organised modern roller shutters to come today at 1pm. They didn't show at all, so will get a little piece of my mind on tuesday. Not very good at all considering they rang and confirmed my appointment on friday...not happy!!

So just hung around the house thinking they may turn up... still waiting, so I played with Paige as Al and Jackson went up the street. So a very quiet arvo, cooked risotto for dinner, it was yum.

Sal just wondering where u r you've usually done a post by now, and I see u changed ur blog again, keep this one a bit its very cute.

Off to Jackson's swimming lessons in the morning then off to mum and dads for lunch or dinner not sure which one at this stage. Having a roast I love them but hate the cleaning up.

Monday dunno what we'll do maybe go shopping for a b'day present for Paige as its her 1st b'day on Thursday. I usually work 3pm-9pm but have changed it to 10am til 4pm. Will let you know what we decide to buy. Love toys r us, now that I have kids,I use to find it the most boring place in the world, now its very exciting. Wish me luck!!

I'm back

Yesterday was a nightmare Paige won't let me out of her sight even lays on my feet hoping that I won't move or can't move...wrong. The minute I leave there is a screaming match, whenever she can't see me or I move an inch away off she goes. Was talking to my mum on the phone also yesterday and she screamed so I went to a room and closed the door for the whole hour she screamed its been going on for days and now has taken its toll. Feel like I'm a wreck or going to break down. Well I did been bursting into tears I think its the frustration who knows.

Well today she was a gem a different child, someone must've swapped kids during the night as she was nice and happy, Iwas getting to the stage where I was hoping she'd wake at 10 and give me some peace and time with Jackson, but all is well. Sofar so good, lets wait and c what tomorrow holds. Altho not to bad as I will be at work.

Al got home from work at about 3pm. I love fridays as he gets home earlier. We got organised and took the kids to the park gee it was cold but rugged the kids and us up and walked there. We then went to dinner as Al thought I needed time out which was great idea. We went to the Lang Warrin Pub, yum I had steak thought I needed some iron was feeling lathargic thought they might put some zest in my step.

Getting a quote tomorrow on some roller shutters on the kids bedroom windows as we have noisy neighbours and will just give me peace of mind as the kids rooms are at the other end of the house. Jacksons room is further to the back and there is a little road out the back there as we have no neighbours at the back just on either side of us, hope they're not going to cost a fortune, lets keep everything crossed. Will keep you posted on this.

Hey Sal Thanks heaps for doing my blog, it looks awesome.

My afternoon was hectic in a way. I went ot the shops to claim medicare and buy Jackson a wallet and some socks, poor little bugger had grown out of his others, Paige was great she loved it there looking around, then came home played with her for a bit and rung Al to see if he could pick Jackson up from kinder as this is what Jackson requested when I dropped him off this morning. Paige just screamed most of the afternoon after coming back from the shopping centre, I organised dinner then cooked it while she still screamed. Finally allen and Jackson arrived home so I then could do dinner in peace.

Jackson had a ball at kinder and he was excited when he got home as he had drawn me a picture , it was gorgeous and had a lot of love in it. Last night I told him not to leave me and he said I'll never leave u mum, I said u will when a girl comes along he said I won't, I yelled to Allen to tape this conversation of ours lol. Then later on he came over to me and said I love you mum and gave me a kiss and cuddle, he is such a lovely little boy hope he never changes.

easy/stressful morning

wednesdays are easy, Jackson is at kinder altho really he is the easy child. But its when Paige is asleep that I actually get some peace, eg thats y i'm on here so early.

Got up I've cleaned the bathrooms and done 2 loads of washing and did the vacuuming last night while Jackson was in the bath, multi tasking and only us girls can do it.

I arrived back from dropping Jackson off this morning to find something in my garage I looked and looked couldn't tell if the bloody huntsman was alive, dead or faking it or actually sleepin, so brave I was got the fly spray tried to spray him, as he was up high I managed to spray him a little as he moved so I grabbed Paige, went across the road to get a neighbour, bloody hell he wasn't answering the door, I knew he was home his truck was there, maybe he was under the shower who knows. So I went to the older lady next door to me as I saw her son's car was there, she answered the door and asked her if she did n't ming killing it for me she didn't mind, so gave her the spray, as I was carrying it around with me lol she climbed a ladder as that is how hight it was and sprayed it for about a minute then squashed it and flicked its body down to the ground, I like to see the body so I know it is actually dead, the poor thing the lady that is not the spider, she climbed down from the ladder and I said thanks so much, I was sweating the whole time thinking if no one is home what the hell am I going to do, after a while I cooled down came inside and continued with my chores. So now I'm looking everywhere I go to see if there are anymore as ppl tell me they come in three's great, one is plenty thank you very much.

Just texting my sister, gosh I miss her heaps still wish she lived here, but she is much happier where she is and that is what counts the most, I guess. It was nice seeing her for a few days just wish it could've been longer, so now saving to get to see her. Rung the South Australian tourist line and they have sent me some brochures so when I have time will flick thru and see what price we are looking at. Mum and dad are going in August for Larns' b'day wish I could be there to see her face when she opens her presents but one in particular. I had been eyeing it off for a while and it was still there a few months later so decided I was meant to get it so I did just have to wrap it and write on the card, just one more thing I have to get then she's all done, this is a practical present, maybe boring a bit to some ppl but she will need it, and the other is a personal present also, don't think she has had this in a very long time, so if Larns ur reading this don't think you'll ever figure them out. LOL

I made it back

Well Paige slept for 3 hours and boy did she need it and so did I just a break from her constantly wingeing, I know she isn't well but it still takes its toll on me. She was quite good this arvo until around 4ish where she started biting the edge of the couch and biting a teething ring, so I gave her a cheese rusk, gee she gave it a work out, but I did notice a new tooth has just come thru so now she has a total of 6, 4 up the top and 2 down the bottom.

Jackson well he was a total angel today, think he understood that all my time was taken with Paige and all he asked for was lunch and me to put certain video's on, then later on something to eat again, he's been such an easy child since day 1, been a real eye opener with Paige, guarantee if she'd been first I think she'd have been the last. People I speak to all say that girls are much harder than boys.

Sal u say I've been tagged, I dunno what u mean and what I'm suppose to do, u have to spell it out to me as I'm still new to this and dunno why I was having problems yesterday with getting on here but somehow it worked today, or I'm blonde....so.....please explain.

I can't wait to get to bed tonight as I'm tired. Didn't get to bed until 11 which is late for me and woken by Jackson at 4am. Dunno how such a little bod can take up so much space, its because he snuggles into me and when I want to move I do then Jackson has rolled into my spot so I'm hanging out, most uncomfortable. He did it the other night so I just went into his bed, very cosy it was a single bed but I was very toasty. He woke me up as he realised I wasn't in my bed with him so he came to his room and found me, so I had to get back in my bed, he's such a gorgeous and lovely temprement boy. I keep telling him to stop growing, and this morning he told me he wants to grow so he can drive my car by himself and go pay bills. One day he'll get there and wish he was small again. Other times he's told me he wants to get big so he can fix things with his tool box just like dad, shows at such a young age they realise who does what in the household.

Well thats it or its all I can think of right now, wish me luck with Paige tomorrow

losing it

Sorry didn't get on yesterday was having probs this end god knows what I do on this thing maybe it could be I have a lot on my plate at the moment, still trying to get Paige well she is maybe not sure but extremely slowly and now she woke up with conjunctivitis, I'm over this, I just burst into tears this morning, I've had quite enough of sickness, so I rung Al he came home for about an hour until things were settled. Husbands they're gr8 things.

I had a shit sleep last night and just got my period yesterday arvo so am emotional and maybe all of this led me to breaking point I dunno, hoping it can only get better.

Well better be off my gorgeous Princess Paige is awake, wish me luck hope its going to be a good and quick arvo, might check in later.

Today I slept in a bit as couldn't be bothered getting up, like that is any different to any other day lol. I had to work today from 9 til 1 so not too bad but had heaps of time then was running like a mad woman. Walked in the door at 9 I hate rushing would rather be there 5 mins early to get organised but lucky my 9am client was 10mins late. easy day went fast.

I got home from work, and this is where I appreciate the kids when I've been away for a few hours, they come rushing to me and cuddling and kissing like they haven't seen me for months, well that is Jackson anyway as Paige isn't running , but I look to her her nose running and she gives me a big beaming smile, gosh makes my heart melt, god I love my kids more than life itself.

Paige is getting better thank goodness, and she is laughing and smiling so what a relief, she still isn't 100% but heaps better. The downfall now is my husband has gastro, god will it ever end. I've left a sterilising solution in the bathroom and told him everytime his bum touches that seat he is too clean it, as I don't want the kids getting it that would be the end of me. Al would be staying at home and I'd be going on a well deserved holiday...by myself, no way of contacting me either.

Sal onto Dora, my kids love it to bits, when Paige is grizzly I just put her on and peace, it is gr8 I love Dora lol. She is on tv Saturday morns 7am channel 9 and sunday morns 6.30 channel I think this is about right but if it isn't I'm not far off. Also a friend of mine says she buys heaps of stuff off ebay that being of tinkerbell. So better buy up on her b4 this other friend of mine gets it

long 2 days

Poor Paige yesterday was extremely sick, just can't get the poor little thing well. She was grizzly, running nose, andjust wanted to be carried around all day. It got my head in and she needed to go to dr again but I had to go to work soon, so rung Al told him he had to get home and take Paige to dr. So he left work early thank god, he had to take my car of course as it has both car seats, so once he left with my cherubs I had 10mins to get ready for work, while I was at work , I will tell u what happened.

He Saw the dr, then was about to leave but the car wouldn't start, so he rung my mum and she rung the mechanic to get some jump leads, so they got the car started, Al dropped Paige at mum and dads as she needed dinner ( I didn't Pack it as didn't think it was going to take this long), then Al went to mechanic got a battery as that was the problem just to last for the day, but after that went and got Paige and started home, about 10mins from home Paige is in the back seat throwing up, and she did so 3 times poor Al when he told me, so her car seat, her and her clothes from head to toe covered in spew, great I washed them today, delightful!!

So after work today he went back to mechanic and got the right size car battery which cost $125 they should last anywhere between 2-4 years my one was 5 years old so I shouldn't complain.

I just felt sorry for Al and the kids.

Today she is much better, 100% but is still not well and on another lot of antibugs. She was a bit clingly today but no where near what she was yesterday, so she is on the way back to recovery thank god.

Al tonight before her bottle sprayed this stuff fess up her nose it gets the crap out and clears the nose, so hopefully she will be able to breathe properly.

So that is my life in the last 48hrs hectic, but glad my little princess is improving as I feel so sorry for them when their sick just wish it were me.

It was a gr8 morning, got Paige to sleep and my mum and sister Larns came over both for haircuts, they were desperate and so was I for a rest, with us all sick still, I feel like I've hit a brick wall, but never the less their hair looked gr8. I straightened my sisters hair which always look awesome when done as she has really curly hair.

Paige was grizzly all afternoon as she is teething also, so gave her panadol, which kicked in finally, but seemed to wear off after 5mins it didn't but felt like it. Jackson had some left over soft drink from Paige's party this arvo and boy was his hypo for the rest of the night, glad they now are both in bed.

So now watching home and away for the first time in about 12months, my hubby keeps me posted but that is no where like watching it, I'm eating chocolate and writing on here and Al is eating Smiths Plain Chips my fave chips but felt more like chocolate.

My sister is on her way home,texting her now as she is waiting at Adelaide airport until her next flight. They don't have direct flights from Melbourne to Port Lincoln or vise versa, which is crap.

Well I'm off will, I'm tired and buggered will go to bed early hopefully to catch up on some zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz's

Paige's 1st b'day party

Today was the day. And a gr8 day at that when I finally got home from picking the chooks up after being sent from one red rooster to another. Was told it was at one when it was at another. So went to the other one, paid and left. Hapf way home, I decided to look in the box to find that they hadn't cut them up in 8 pieces per chook, pissed off, I drove back, waited til they did it then went home to find some of the guests had beaten me to my own house, how sad.

After that all went well, fed the kids cocktail frankfurts,party pies and sausage rolls, of course they nearly all went. Them all fed and happy, I organised the adults with chicken and salads: pasta, coleslaw and garden salad, a little bit left over so we just nibbled.

Jackson and Paige were really good, but went to toy room and found Jackson crying as one of my cousins kids bit Jackson on the hand and has left a big round mark, he did this to him at Paige's christening but twice, and all his mum says is this is normal for a 2 year old...ah...hello my son never did it and he's 3, some parents should have to go to a learning school on how to raise there kids.

House is all cleaned did that, so not much to do tomorrow but all the washing, bit behind on that but never mind it will eventually get done.

Mum, Dad, Elana and Uncle Max were the last to go, thats not a problem just cleaned around them and Paige got some gr8 presents, she is a lucky girl considering her birthday is still 2 1/2 weeks away, we'll celebrate it again on her actual day 12th june.

Thanks for my sister for taking the effort of coming down from Port Lincoln, I really appreciate it and I do know you wouldn't miss it for the world, love ya!

I'm buggered

Well another night doesn't time fly. I worked this morning for a few hours, then came home, toys everywhere, but turned a blind eye to it all, as hubby was making salads for tomorrow, excited bout it all but not looking forward to the work and cleaning the lie before me

Work was busy and Tanya my cousin and boss asked me friday night if I would like to work another day as her full time girl has just resigned, the money would be good but means I'd have to be extra ordinarily organised as another day would be scrapped from my week, dunno haven't decided its just too hard, can't be bothered thinking. I asked Allen he just said it was up to me, I hate that response, would rather a yes or no, but he said he doesn't mind either way.

Think I'll be going to bed soon, have a screaming headache and can hardly keep my eyes open.
Was just reading to Jackson before he went to bed, a few books, but I really like The very hungry caterpillar, its such a cute book and he loves it. In his bookshelf he has a few books he's never opened, they are pop up book, I read one 3 times, then another 2 times, I was over them.

Kids both still sick, so looks like a repeat of antibiotics, gr8 feel like that is all I so pump drugs into them recently, never mind hopefully this lot will nip it in the bud.

Oh its now time to relax kids are in bed, no coughing yet, and hubby gone to do grocery shopping.

I'm speaking to my sister on msn, she is coming to melb 2moro I'm so excited, she is actually coming for my daughters 1st b'day party, the kids will love to see her, altho my son talks to her on the phone quite a bit and then they get to see each other on the web cam, its gr8 all this technology.

Well Sal when u read this, I'm frustrated that I can't get ur blog details on my page so dunno what to do maybe just have to check up on ur blog the long way, never mind its what I've done in the past.

I can't believe A & A have split again what is it over this time. Its really sad and unstable for the kids I hope the mother realises this.

kids still sick

Another day of wiping noses and blowing noses, now included my own, bugger, just need hubby to get it and where all done. Still hoping for it all to go at least by sunday.

I worked last night, but wasn't very busy so had my hair done instead, thank god had a nice and noticeable regrowth. Seems you do everyone else's hair but ur own always gets neglected like any trades person really.

Just another day of cleaning up around the house, stripping beds, vacuuming, I'm sure any mums that read this will understand what I mean so just waiting for the weekend and then it all gets trashed again, then on monday the chores all start again I hate mondays with a passion.

Can tell kids are getting better, instead of lying around watching tv, there running around causing havic but still the cough lingers on and that stays on for weeks, gr8.

Well finally one is asleep so off I go to do running around with only one of my shadows, if I get a chance later will be on again

my poor kids are sick

Hi all that decide to read this, this is my first time, so hopefully I've got it right if not, Sal u can fix it lol

My poor little cherubs Jackson 3yo and Paige 11months old, both sick and on 2 lots of antibiotics, wish it were over. But hey that is kids they'll fight it

My parents came over today which was a relief, they bought me over some lunch thank god as I don't get much time to have it. They bought things for party bags and finger food as I'm having Paige's 1st b'day party this sunday, I'm excited but just hoping it isn't going to rain, can't do much if it does. It's going to be 2-3 weeks earlier than her actual b'day which is 12th June but around that time just isn't convenient.

Also Sal glad to hear Dan is ok and happy b'day to Kane, can't believe how old the boys are Sal. Also how is B going with tt? Let me know.
