I saw SAL today, the best day I've had in ages!!!

What a wonderful day I had today. Went and saw the best friend anyone can have. Sal I was so excited to see you, u look wonderful, bright and chirpy. If no one knew you and just met you, they'd never have guessed what you have just been thru.

I miss you so much, wish you lived here in Melbourne, just like the good old days. Our kids could play while we watched and just talked. I miss you gorgeous, please please move back here.

You are a very special and wonderful person, don't ever forget that and remember also you have a lot of friends here that love you to no end

Feeling extremely drained

Well what a time we are having. We went to Sale as this is where my uncle lived. We drove up early Thursday morning. Thursday was the funeral, it was hard, and my sister and I did a eulogy. I've never done one before and 3months ago when my nanna passed away we did one there also, so now have done 2 in 3 months, will this sadness ever end.

Not only did we bury my uncle but my nanna's ashes also all on the one day and all in the same plot at the cemetery, so very draining and very depressing having to busy 2 most beautiful ppl. But they are together, so hopefully they're having a ball somewhere and having a few drinks together, and having a blast.

I miss them both very much, this place will miss them very much and god will me and the family miss them forever. I love u both very much, I'm glad to have known u both for 35 years.

what a shitful day!!!

Fuck, fuck, fuck. My uncle passed away about 1, 1/2 ago, a blessing for him but certainly crappy for all of us. We knew it was coming, but still doesn't make it any easier. I hate life for its cruelity, dunno if thats a word but I don't really give a shit. He is from Sale so that is where he will be buried, my mum has to pick up my nanna's ashes next tuesday, so we will have 2 to bury next week, think we're going to do an over nighter up in sale.

Sal, it was my uncle Max or uncle mackie as we use to call him. He was the lovliest man. He gave me for my 21st birthday a pair of 9ct gold loop earings and u know I still wear them to this day.

I love u uncle...RIP...Hope all the pain and suffering has gone, may u and nanna look after one another xxoo

Life absolutely sux!!!

My dear gorgeous uncle is dying and there is nothing anybody can do about it, and I hate the fact that there are all these shit heads in out jails and on our streets breathing perfectly good air and don't deserve to live. Here is my happy go lucky uncle just waiting to die. He has been in Austin Hospital and today he was moved into palative care, this is where patients go to be kept comfortable but will die. Last friday they took him off all his medication, so now we're just waiting to hear the bad news. He would be frigging mad if he knew what state he was in, he would probably just get a shot gun and take his own life. He just wants to go home but don't think he realises he will never go home again.

He had cancer, so had to take his voice box out so he can't talk, so he was writing everything down, but now he's lost that, we think he's had a lack of oxygen to the brain and that's affected him also. I went and saw him today and he said to me he wants to go home, I red his lips, but he was all over the place, I said to the nurse he needs something, maybe for the pain and some form of sedation, so he can rest as he gets very agitated.

This is why life sucks, and not only that just gone 3months since I lost my nanna, the most beautiful person in the world, so 2 beautiful people in my life taken from us and in a very short space of time, so I hate life at the moment. Why is life so cruel, my uncle is only 69 years young and my gorgeous nanna was 87 but extrememly young at heart.

Nanna I miss you so much, life will never be the same without you. I love you. RIP...

Jackson's very sick

Hi I'm back, it feels like forever since I've been on here. Can't get motivated as my beautiful nanna of 87 passed away on the 4th August. I don't understand how a gorgeous person can be taken away when there are so many low life and dead beats walking our streets and in jail and breathing this air, life sux. Nanna I love u and miss u so much, just wish it was all a dream and I'd wake up and there would be your beautiful smiling face once again.

More bad news. Jackson woke up yesterday not feeling very well. I thought he had a cold, so I left for work, and later when I got home Al said Jackson had been throwing up. He's had a temperature that I just can't get rid of, even panadol isn't working nor neurofen. He layed on the couch for most of the day, and when he woke at about 7am this morning was as bright as a button, but didn't last long he crashed and was laying on the couch again barely able to keep his eyes open. So 8.30 this morning gave him another dose of panadol, then realising he wan't getting better and had a rash all on his body I rung Nurse on Call, they asked me a million questions which i answered, after about 15mins on the phone she suggested to see a doctor within the next 24hrs, and it sounded contagious and to keep Jackson away from kids. So she gave me a few doctors open on a sunday and went to the one up here. He diagnosed Jackson to have fourth disease. The dr gave me som info, this is what it reads: This common problem can be caused by a number of viruses, especially those affecting the bowel. The rash is so much like rubella that it is often misdiagnosed as rubella. However, unlike rubella, it is not concentrated on the face and neck. It mainly occurs on the trunk (body), is usually not itch and often fades after 2 days. It tends to occur in pre school children.

Well I've never seen Jackson this sick, and it says not on face or neck its everywhere. The dr said its highly contagious, and I tolk him I have a 14month old daughter what do I do, he said Jackson needs to be isolated, send him to his grandparents and I said there away well then he said try to keep them far apart,hello how do u do that. Can anyone give me any other info regarding this please. So now we can't go anywhere not to kinder or anywhere where there may be kids.

I'm all worked out

I have worked quite a bit this week. I worked wednesday arvo, thursday arvo and all day saturday. Will be doing this for the next couple of weeks, will be good for the money, pay off some debts.

Haven't done much else really going to take kids to swimming tomorrow,that shall be fun, think we're going to go and look for a new couch not that we are close to buying one, but can look to see what is around and where u can get the best price. I saw soemthing I really liked at a gr8 price, but again won't get it until we pay of the debts, but no harm in window shopping.

Hope ur all well out there hope to catch up soon, also Sal can't get into ur blog, it keeps telling me have to abort and then I have to press ok. As I haven't posted for a few days thought I'd catch up on whats happening in ur life.

not much happening today

Not much happened today. Dropped Jackson off at kinder, he said I'll miss u mum. My god brings a tear to the eye, he never knows how much I miss him.

After dropping Jackson off, I go the the shops have to get a few things for dinner as we we're are having taco's for dinner. Jackson nearly at 2 large taco's, then ate a mandarin, then 2 chocolate frogs very hungry and growing boy.

Paige and I just hung out today and we had a girly day,nothing exciting, just playing and chasing her. Just before a bath I strip her and let her have a run around in the nude, she loves it, and i chase her saying I'm going to get ur bum and she squeals and laughs its so cute, I love it and so does she, then I go and chase her to the bathroom and put her in the bath, the rest is history.

I had a shower with Jackson he alternates between a shower and a bath whichever he wants, and I love it, when he chooses me. Last night it was Al or other times he has a bath with Paige.

Off to work tomorrow so there won't be a blog posted maybe friday night!!

Mondayitis

Not much happening today, just lots of washing as didn't do it over the weekend. I hate this weather and I hate clothes horses, glad I have a cloths dryer for other stuff.

Kids drove me crazy form 4.30 which is normal, around dinner time. Al rung to say he was going to be late and from then Paige cried until dinner was ready which took 30mins and I can tell u when u have a 1 year old crying at ur feet it actually felt like 30hrs lol, but all was good and she couldn't eat fast enough,how dare I move to organise everybody elses dinner. then did dishes, Al got home we ate then put Paige in the bath then Jackson joined in, its actually been a hectic night love this time where I don't really have to think and can relax.

Hope tomorrow will be easier, there is no washing so that is a start, but will do a bit of housework but apart from that, who knows will find somehting to do.

sunday

This morning, we slept in a little, but got up had brekky and Al loaded the trailer, to return the cot. Then we took the kids to their swimming lessons. They love it. Jackson always putting his head under the water, just like his aunty she liked putting her head under the water, me I prefer it above water. Paige she is a little angel just loves being in the water. But I hate when she gets out she screams until she is dressed. Its hard to dress a child under pressure, lol

I came home just before Al as I had Paige and she was tired, so put her to bed, then Al got home attached the trailer to the car and off the boys went. They took about an hour so that is all good.

I was going to nick up to the shops to grab some eggs, we all went and did a big shop so over $100 later we came home unpacked and organised dinner. Tonight it was just left overs from the last couple of nights. I like it when the fridge is cleaned out. I had some of my mums home made vege soup, yum it just wasn't filling but all good.

Sal if ur bored at some stage, u can change my blog, I'm not bored with it thought u may want something to do. Hope things with Dan are going ok, better than last week I hope.

work, work and more work

Today I started work at 9, but before that had lots of cuddles in bed with Jackson. i love being in bed with the kids although Paige once she's up thats it no more laying down for her lol.

I went to work at 9 and it was flat out, I prefer days like that no time to think at all, but just to keep going. Left at about 1.15pm then went to dingley and did a couple of my old clients I did in another salon. I got home at about 3.40 and everyone else was out at my cousins house. Was going to go there but Al wasn't far off leaving so he said just to go straight home. I thought as I got home, wow 10mins to myself whatever shall I do. Then I remembered I was meant to get milk on the way home, bugger had to leave and get that, when I got home they were all back at home.

Al took the kids to Tan and Kingas house to pick up the cot that they don't use anymore as we need one as the one I have the person wants back, so thats all good, easy solved. So we set it all up and my lovely Princess Paige is a sleeping beauty at the moment.

I love my kids so much, they are my life as u have gathered as I don't think I've ever written a blog without mentioning either of them. Tomorrow they are both off to swimming lessons.

running around day

I dropped Jackson of at kinder this morning and tried to pay his fees, but I kept getting declined I knew I had money in the account so I rung my bank and they said their systems were down. Thank god.

Al's cousin had a baby on the week end so went and bought her a present this morning. After I did that went into the cheap shop and was looking at something and low and behold I found what I've been looking for for ages. It was a plastic container but it had holes at the bottom of it. I want it for the bath toys,yipee so now there isn't a mess of toys, they are neatly in the bathroom. Jackson was so excited he could see all his toys now and so was I. I also bought us a new toothbrush holder, was desperate but had to be one I liked, was after a particular one.

So went to the hospital to see Emma and bubs but they were gone the hospital had released them so bummer I rung Al at work to see if they had a phone number of address, he didn't but he got on net and looked up white pages and told me how to get there, so I went there and no one was home, shit where are they, so left a note and went back home. And now still no one has rung.

Just a reminder Sal, Targets toy sale starts tomorrow, just thought I'd let u know so u could start getting organised. They have lots of different things to Kmart and Big W.

multi tasking

Had a busy morning this morning, after doing the brekky, I dressed Paige and then started doing the dinner. Nearly finished that when I smelt Paige she'd done a very smelly poo. Decided to change her as any good mother would do, but when I took her pants off there was poo everywhere , gosh I hate that. It was either use a box of wipes or wipe her down, quickly and throw her in the bath. Put her in the bath, put washing on, did ironing and then remembered shit I was in the middle of doing dinner, so did that then got my beautiful smelling princess out of the bath, gave her a bottle, then cleaned the stove, put draino down the sink then scrubbed the shit out of it so it sparkled. Then decided to vacuum. Knew because I did nothing yesterday I'd have more to do today. So most of what I did was done by 9.15, what a marathon. I was lucky tho this wasn't wednesday morning, as Jackson would never have got to kinder on time. Would just of rung them said he'll be running late.

Got to go to the shops tomorrow buy a present, as Al's cousin and his wife had their baby on Sunday. I told Emma that I thought she was having a girl as that is what I dreamt, and she said she had a dream the same night and dreamt she was having a girl also. Wrong a little boy. 8pd 7oz, so a good size and the name is Henry James Collins. Like the name apart from Henry. Way too old fashioned for me, James I like, but its a name that suits them. If they'd have had a girl she was going to be Grace, which is pretty, but shows they like old names. Was going to buy them a hooded bath towel in blue and a cute little teddy bear, that has a little blue jumper on it which reads Baby Boy. Jackson has one and loves him no one is to touch him and he sleeps with him every night.

Hope it doesn't rain tomorrow as we are going out. We haven't been out the last couple of days sue to this weather, although I love being home where its warm and pouring with rain outside.

So glad Terri won big brother, good on you!!

big brother finale

Not much happened today, didn't do any house work. oh sorry yes I did a little bit ofdusting. But apart from that I did nothing so I'll have to do more tomorrow never mind.

Paige's first for swimming & haircut

Today Paige had her very first swimming lesson, and she loved it. Wasn't quite sure how she'd go, but she was wonderful. Smiling her pretty smile. Al goes in with her of course to hold her.

Jackson has his lesson after her and he is awesome in the water, loves putting his head under the water, when u get a lot of kids that hate getting their heads wet.

Also today gave Al, Jackson and Paige haircuts, it was Paige's first as well. Did Jackson first. Just put a dvd on of brum and he just sits there watches that and I cut away, then I did Paige, actually cut her a fringe, and took a little bit off the ends at the back. It was a bit uneven but you'd expect that as she is 13months old so it is neater and all straight now. Then did Al's hair he just has a number 2 all over but the hardest bit is trying to keep Paige out of it, she tried several times, but there was no way she was getting in all the hair. So then I vacuumed again and then the 3 of them jumped under the shower. I never give them a bath after a haircut, imagine bathing in floating hair...yuk...its so gross.

Couldn't be bothered cooking so we just had grilled cheese on toast, yummy for a change.

Thats it for my sunday.

kids and I feel crappy

Today I've woken up feeling crappy, and still feel no better. I hate feeling like this and still looking after kids. I actually feel like laying down and going to sleep, which is what I'll do when I'm finshed here.

Saw that kmart has a manchester sale on so rung Al and told him to get there after work and buy a new electric blanket, I can't stand it any longer going to bed and its freezing cold.

The kids both had a sleep today, I should've had a sleep but thought if I lay down and fall asleep and Jackson woke up he may feel distressed if he called me and I didn't come.

Al and Jackson went grocery shopping this arvo. They do it together I actually hate it with a passion so will hand ball that job anytime.

easier day today

Took Jackson to kinder this morning, gave them all new details and the same old things also. But they wanted an update on ppl that can pick Jackson up when I'm not available. Hello the only time I won't be available is when I'm dead...lol

We went, that is Paige and I to pay another bill, one I forgot to do yesterday, bought myself a new address book and wrote in it also today. Nice to have a new one and one I can read. And I still got all the housework done.

I'm working more hours in a couple of weeks as Tanya is away for her brothers wedding so she needed us part timers if we could to do more hours, so instead of doing 10hrs a week, it will be about 20-22hrs, dunno where I'm going to fit in household chores, never mind it will be there needless to say when I'm finished. Al will do most of it, all I'm fastidious about cleaning, if its not done properly don't bother doing it

We had Jacksons fave for dinner tonight...taco's he jsut loves them. I also need to give him something filling as I don't think he eats much at kinder. So tonight he had 2 jumbo taco's that is heaps for him..trust me he barely eats 2 small ones let alone the jumbo ones, and its a meal that he can use his hands and can make a mess, and it is a gr8 mess and I love watching him eat them. Gosh kids are the best things invented...I think anyway, not all mothers would agree.

I got a bit bored today as Paige had a massive sleep...I mean 3 hrs I didn't know what to do with myself, she usually only has 1 1/2 hrs, but she woke up nice and bright, I guess I would've too if I had a nap, now thinking that is what I should've done.

Another day tomorrow working, I start at 3pm and finish at 9pm, nice to do the hours especially when I keep saying paying off the hot water service. After the visa is finished, might start saving for a holiday, yipee sounds good, tho it feels we just get on top of things and then something else goes wrong, never mind the next thing is Al's parents are coming to stay for a week in September, I never look forward to them staying, feel like a prisoner in my own home. I hate it but hey that is life. I would probably have a better relationship with them if they lived in Melb and knew them better, I mean a relationship like Al has with my parents, they all get along like a house on fire...if only.

Well that is my whinge I'm now outa here.

long long morning

Today we went to the post office to pay some money off the credit card, can't wait until it is finished with, god dam hot water service. Then off to the shoe shop, as bought Jackson a pair of runner 8 weeks ago, the laces were cactus, so was inquiring and found out they don't sell shoe laces, but actually had a rainbow pair under her desk, so that will do grabbed those and Jackson just loves them.

Paige had her usual sleep today, and woke up happy which is nice as sometimes she wakes up grumpy. Then later on Jackson fell asleep in the back lounge room so put a blanket on him and went to the front room and played with Paige, just to give Jackson a good sleep as he has been looking very tired today, so he slept for an hour and a half.

Was a very long morning I looked at the clock and it said 12noon felt more like 3pm, so made for a long afternoon, always glad when Al gets home from work.

Both kids have a cold again, bugger so will wait and see as to how Jackson is tomorrow morning as to whether he will go to kinder...time will tell.

took kids to park

Today decided because it was a really nice day, I took the kids to the park. Jackson rode his bike and I pushed Paige in the pram, we were gone for an hour and a half, the kids had a ball, and that is the main thing. I enjoyed the walk. Came back and gave Paige a bottle and put her to bed.

Didn't do much after that, threw kids outside as it was an awesome day, did dinner and Al cooked a bbq, yum been a while since we had one of those.

movie day...

Today we thought we'd go to the park and get fish and chips for lunch, but it started raining late morning, so there goes the park, it'll be all wet. So I decided to take Jackson to the movies instead, we went and saw Kung Fu Panda, its very cute, think Jackson thought it went to long. i bought popcorn, mm's and coke.

Then we came home, was going to take him to the park, but didn't, got Al to take him as it was nice for the boys to spend some time together, and so Paige and I spent some time together.

So we had fish and chips for dinner. Now kids in bed and it is peaceful.
